1 avocado
1/4 c red onion
1/4 chopped cilantro
1 lime, juiced
up to 1/2 c greek yogurt - depends on it's consistency
1 tbsp jalapenos, chopped - adjust to your liking of spiciness!
1 tsp salt, optional
Blend ingredients together until smooth! This is a PERFECT dressing for a taco salad or a good topper for baked chicken breasts. Recipe makes close to 2 cups depending on size of avocado and how much yogurt you use, so plenty of servings. I did the nutrition facts for the entire recipe to show how nutrient dense it is & in 1/4 c serving (which is still ALOT).
